How to Change your Email Password

Introduction:
This guide will assist you in resetting your email password on buildyoursite.com.

Accessing the Dashboard:

Log into your dashboard on buildyoursite.com.
Once logged in, you'll see options to "Manage Email".

If you encounter any issues accessing your dashboard, please submit a support ticket by sending an email to help@buildyoursite.com, and we'll provide you with your login credentials.


Navigate to Email Management:*

Click on the "Manage Email" option.
This action will redirect you to the hosting control panel.
Click on Mail on the left hand side. (This will display a list of all your email accounts.)
Click on the email address you wish to modify. Type in a new password, we recommend using a complex password.
After inputting or generating your new password, click the "OK" button to save the changes.
