Support Notice for Microsoft Outlook 365

We regret to inform you that we do not provide technical support for Microsoft Outlook 365, as it is considered a lightweight, limited-feature version of Outlook. Microsoft itself does not officially support Outlook 365, resulting in widespread user dissatisfaction and limited troubleshooting resources available online.

For these reasons, we are unable to offer assistance or setup guidance specific to Outlook 365. Instead, we strongly recommend upgrading to the fully supported desktop version of Outlook (such as Outlook 2021, Outlook 2019, or Outlook 2016). Our detailed setup instructions and dedicated support services are fully compatible with these standard versions.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Alternative Option: Switching to Outlook Classic View on Windows

Outlook provides two interface options: the modern default view and the classic, traditional view. The classic view offers a familiar layout preferred by many users.

Switching from New Outlook Application:

Open the new Outlook application.
Click on Help in the top menu bar.
Select Go to classic Outlook to switch instantly.

Switching Outlook 2021, Outlook 2019, or Outlook 2016 to Classic View:

Launch Outlook: Open your Outlook application.
File Tab: Click the File tab in the upper-left corner.
Access Options: Choose Options from the drop-down menu.
Advanced Settings: In the new window, select Advanced from the left sidebar.
Display Section: Scroll down until you see the Display section.
Enable Classic View: Check the box labeled Show this view in classic mode.
Save Changes: Click OK to apply the classic view setting.
