Mailbox Over Quota Please Clear Space

Your mailbox has reached its storage limit. To free up space, please follow these steps to remove old or large emails directly from your webmail.

1. Go to our Mail Server Lookup tool:

2. Enter your domain name (for example, yourcompany.com).

This will show your mail server details and provide a direct link to your webmail login.

3. Open webmail and delete unnecessary emails especially those with large attachments, since they take up the most space.

Prevent this from happening again:

If you use an email program like Outlook or Apple Mail, adjust your settings to remove messages from the server after 10–15 days. This helps keep your mailbox from filling up.
